INCIDENT REPORT: SITE-96

A series of unexpected events unfolded at Site-96 on this period of March. Early reports indicate a violation of containment protocols, resulting in the escape of an unknown object. Security personnel were immediately mobilized to isolate the situation. Further analysis is currently in progress. A full account of the incident will be released upon
